1. What is your returns policy?

We are happy to accept the return of products owing to manufacturing defects within 21 days from the date of purchase. After inspection, you will receive a refund, store credit, or a replacement with free shipping. The refund will be credited directly to your bank account.
If your order has been incorrectly filled, Gourmet Soap Kitchen will credit you for the goods incorrectly supplied as long as we are notified within 5 days of the receipt of the order.

2. What are your shipping fees?

We ship Australia wide. Our shipping fees depend on location, but a typical order will cost $12 - $15 for shipping.

We do currently ship internationally, however, due to our business’ small scale, shipping prices can be quite expensive for international orders - as much as $100. This may change in the future. We still happily fulfill international customers for those who are willing to cover that expense - in particular, our chilli pain stick receives many bulk orders to the USA.

3. Can your products help my (insert skin condition)?

We do not claim that any of our products are suitable treatment for any medical condition, and you should consult with your doctor before using them as such. However, many of our products have showed astounding results for skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dry skin, and more. If you wish to learn more, feel free to contact us.

4. Can you do custom orders?

5. Do you do breast milk soap?

Absolutely! Prices for breast milk soap start at $150 for 15-20 long lasting soap bars. If you would like to talk about a custom soap or other product, please contact us.
